1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QuantixCode services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

QuantixCode offers software development services including:

• Website and web application development
• Mobile application development
• Custom software development
• Technology consulting
• Maintenance and technical support

3. Contracting Process

The contracting process for our services includes:

1. Initial consultation and requirements analysis
2. Technical and economic proposal
3. Acceptance and contract signing
4. Initial payment according to agreed terms
5. Development start

4. Payments and Billing

Payment terms will be specified in each individual proposal. Generally:

• An advance payment is required to start the project
• Remaining payments are made according to defined milestones
• We accept bank transfers and electronic payments
• Invoices are issued according to current legislation

5. Intellectual Property

Regarding intellectual property:

• Developed source code will be owned by the client once full payment is completed
• QuantixCode retains the right to use general techniques and knowledge acquired
• Third-party libraries and frameworks maintain their respective licenses
• The client is responsible for providing copyright-free content (texts, images)

6. Confidentiality

QuantixCode commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by the client during project development. This obligation remains in effect even after the business relationship ends.

7. Warranty and Support

We offer:

• 30-day warranty for bug fixes after delivery
• Technical support according to contracted plan
• Technical project documentation

8. Limitation of Liability

QuantixCode will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.

9. Cancellation

In case of project cancellation:

• The client must notify cancellation in writing
• Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced
• Advances are non-refundable once development has started
• Developed code will be delivered to the client as agreed

10. Modifications

QuantixCode reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after publication on the website. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable Law

These terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City.
